Essex County Real Estate Professionals are Recognized for Production and Service by Century 21 and New Jersey REALTORS®; Office also Wins Production and Service Awards from Century 21
Caldwell, N.J., March 16, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Real estate agents and the office of Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty in Caldwell, N.J. took home armfuls of industry awards at the annual Century 21 regional awards gala held on March 2, 2017 at the Venetian in Garfield. The event was sponsored by the C21 Brokers Business Advocacy Association (BBAA), an organization that includes all real estate brokers and agents in northern & central New Jersey. The real estate agency's top producing agents won awards from Century 21 as well as New Jersey REALTORS® in recognition of sales and service in 2016.

In 2016, its agents' total production ranked Century 21 Cedarcrest at #19 out of 100 real estate agencies throughout all of New Jersey and Delaware, placing it among the top 20% in the region.
Tracy Chan took home two awards from Century 21 for production and service, and one from the New Jersey REALTORS® that recognizes excellence in salesmanship.
- Century 21 Centurion award for top production for a single sales associate, given to real estate agents who do in excess of $242,000 in gross closed commissions or 67 closed units. Chan's production figures include those from another Century 21 office where she worked in early 2016.
- Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award for customer service, based on customer feedback surveys.
- NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, silver.
Frank Conturso, the agency's top producer in 2015 and 2016, also received two Century 21 corporate awards for production and service, and one from New Jersey REALTORS® for sales.
- Century 21 Masters Award Diamond Level, which recognizes agents whose production exceeds $203,000 in gross closed commissions or 56 closed units.
- Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award, the ultimate quality service award bestowed by the Century 21 system. To qualify, the agent must have scored 95% or higher on customers' quality service surveys for two years in a row.
- NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, silver.
Lisa Verhagen won two Century 21 awards.
- Century 21 Masters Award Emerald Level for producing between $164,000 and $203,000 in gross closed commissions or 44 or more closed units.
- Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award, which Verhagen has brought home multiple years in a row.
Other honorees from Century 21 Cedarcrest for 2016 sales and service were Bruno Marino, Jr. who won the Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award and Susan Mazzetta, who took home a NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, bronze.
As a real estate agency, Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty also brought home two prestigious awards for service and sales in 2016. They are the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award and the Century 21 Gold Medallion Award for production of $1.469 million or greater or 306 closed unit or greater. This is the fourth year in a row that the agency has won this award.
