Forte, who is also a licensed real estate broker/sales associate, comes to the Caldwell, N.J. real estate agency as a full-time sales associate after several years at Keller Williams in Montclair and Coldwell Banker in Caldwell.

A native of Montville and graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, he began his professional life as an electrical engineer with a focus on computer science for many different industries. When he felt ready for a career change about 15 years ago, he thought of real estate.
“I wanted something very different where I could face new and fulfilling challenges,” explained Forte. “Working in technology, I was often in the background but in real estate, I have the opportunity to work with the public and help people directly. It’s hard work but very fulfilling.”
In the commercial real estate realm, Forte works in leasing and sales of office properties as well as medical and industrial buildings throughout northern New Jersey. His residential real estate clients and listings are generally in Essex County and parts of Morris and Passaic counties. He is also a specialist in residential short sales and holds the SFR accreditation for short sales and foreclosures. Among his other certifications, Forte is a certified residential specialist (CRS), seniors real estate specialist (SRES), certified new home specialist (CNHS), accredited buyer representative (ABR), and holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.
